1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees&lt;br /&gt;
2. Combine sauce and spices in a sauce pan on medium heat&lt;br /&gt;
3. Grind sauce into a smooth puree&lt;br /&gt;
4. In a large pot, brown ground beef&lt;br /&gt;
5. Drain beef and add to sauce&lt;br /&gt;
6. Cook pasta in pot – follow box directions&lt;br /&gt;
7. Drain pasta&lt;br /&gt;
8. Add pasta, sauce and mozzarella to pot, mix thoroughly&lt;br /&gt;
9. Add half of mixture to baking pan, cover with provolone slices&lt;br /&gt;
10. Add remaining mixture, cover with provolone or mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;
11. Cover and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
