BTB Fajita Mix

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne or red pepper

DIRECTIONS 1. Mix dry ingredients and put into a shaker bottle 2. Cook vegetables a. Fry vegetable strips in approximately 1 tbsp oil b. Set aside, but keep warm 3. Cook chicken or steak strips a. Fry meat in approximately 1 tbsp of oil b. Add approximately 2 tbsp. FAJITA MIX with shaker c. Add beer when meat is cooked to medium d. Boil off beer e. Add additional FAJITA MIX to taste

NOTE - As a guide to how much spice to add, this recipe should be enough to make 3 meals of approximately 1 pound of meat.
