INGREDIENTS

  • 1 29 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 12 oz cans condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients – set aside. 3. Beat eggs 4. Beat in pumpkin 5. Beat in dry ingredients 6. Slowly add condensed milk 7. Mix thoroughly 8. Pour into two pre-made pie crusts 9. Bake for 15 minutes 10. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 to 50 minutes 11. Pie is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
