INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Shortening
  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water

DIRECTIONS 1. Combine dry ingredients 2. Fold in shortening 3. Mix in water until a smooth dough is formed 4. Let dough rest for 30 minutes 5. Roll dough to middle setting and cut into desired shapes 6. Deep fry at 375 degrees until lightly browned
