INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Italian style salad dressing
DIRECTIONS 1. Coat ribs with salad dressing and marinate for 20 minutes, save drippings 2. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well, crush clumps 3. Coat ribs and rub, mix remaining rub into salad dressing for basting 4. Let stand for 15 minutes room temp or 24 hours in refrigerator 5. Oven a. Set oven to 250 b. Bake for 3 to 4 hours 6. Grill a. Set grill to lowest temperature b. Grill for 2 to 3 hours, turning and basting every 15 to 20 minutes
