Cider Bread

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 12 oz hard cider


  1. Mix all together reserving 1 tbsp of butter
  2. Form into loaf pan and top with remaining butter
  3. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 375 degrees
