- 250 g ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 260 g macaroni
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1-2 cups Spicy V8
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Saute ground beef and onion together until onion begins to brown.
- Pour can of tomatoes, with juice, into large serving bowl.
- When cooked, add ground beef mixture and macaroni to serving dish.
- Add V8 until liquid level is 3/4 of pasta level.
- Stir and serve. Season with seasons salt and black pepper.
