Crust:
- 13 graham crackers
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup roasted, salted macadamia nuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
Blend in food processor. Combine with:
- 7 tbsp melted butter
Fit into 9in pie pan, packing into a solid crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes
Filling:
- 2 cans (28oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 1/4-1/3 cup regular lime juice (2-3 limes)
- 1 tsp lime zest (about 1 lime)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix together and pour in pie crust. Bake at least 18 minutes, or until middle is slightly jiggly but not wet.
