- 5-6 lb chicken
- 425 degree oven
- Should take around 1.5 hours until thigh is 160 degrees
- rest for 20 minutes
Crock Pot
- 5-6 lb chicken
- Place balls of tin foil on bottom of crock to keep chicken from sticking
- Place chicken in crock and cook on low.
