Oven

  • 5-6 lb chicken
  1. 425 degree oven
  2. Should take around 1.5 hours until thigh is 160 degrees
  3. rest for 20 minutes

Crock Pot

  • 5-6 lb chicken
  1. Place balls of tin foil on bottom of crock to keep chicken from sticking
  2. Place chicken in crock and cook on low.
