  • 1 qt milk
  • heat on med-high until bubbling (at least 180)
  • put in oven at 215 w/ lid for 30 mins
  • let cool on counter for 30 mins, until 115 degrees
  • add yogurt, 4oz
  • pour in jar, wrap in towel, store in oven for 12 hours
