  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cord, drained and rinsed
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato saice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 6oz can tomato paste
  • 1 can green chilies, or 1 fresh jalapeno (sauted with ingredients from step 1)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  1. Saute first four ingredients until cooked, then add space mixture. Cook for two minutes until spices are fragrant. Dump into crock pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook on low for at least 2 hours
