Cider Bread
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 12 oz hard cider
- Mix all together reserving 1 tbsp of butter
- Form into loaf pan and top with remaining butter
- Bake for 45-55 minutes at 375 degrees
