Crock Pot Ribs

- 5-6 lb.s baby back ribs
- 1-2 cups cider vinegar barbecue sauce
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1.5 tablespoons kosher salt
- 0.5 tablespoon chili powder
- 0.5 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 0.5 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tablespoon jalapeno seasoning (optional)
- 0.5 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 0.5 tablespoon rubbed thyme
- 0.5 tablespoon onion powder
- 0.5 tablespoon garlic powder
- Mix rub ingredients
- Rib ribs and allow to sit in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap 12-24 hours
- Place ribs in slow cooker standing them upright with the meaty side against the wall of the cooker.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours until tender
