Crust:

  • 13 graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup roasted, salted macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Blend in food processor. Combine with:

  • 7 tbsp melted butter

Fit into 9in pie pan, packing into a solid crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes


Filling:

  • 2 cans (28oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • 1/4-1/3 cup regular lime juice (2-3 limes)
  • 1 tsp lime zest (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix together and pour in pie crust. Bake at least 18 minutes, or until middle is slightly jiggly but not wet.
