  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Saute unti cooked, then add
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  1. Add to meat mixture at the end of cooking. Cook for two minutes until spices are fragrant/
  2. Dump into crock pot.
  3. Add the following:
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cord, drained and rinsed
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato saice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 6oz can tomato paste
  • 1 can green chilies, or 1 fresh jalapeno (sauted with ingredients from step 1)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  1. Cook on low for at least 2 hours
